We all need to take a moment and accept one of life’s most difficult truths. My life is hard. Yes, far more difficult than anyone can imagine. From sun up to sun down, it is non stop work, work, work…a never-ending nose to the proverbial grindstone. And I am exhausted. Physically, mentally…completely drained.
I can hear the comment now, the snickers…the eye rolls…”but Gin, all you have to do is show up and look pretty, how hard can that be?” I will leave that one alone, other than to say maybe some people should try showing up and looking pretty themselves for a change.
But, back to me…I am on vacation, and loving every moment of it.
